Refund and exchange policy will exchange/return goods and refund customers in the following cases:
The product delivered does not correspond to the order violates the signed contract
The customer has paid but our company does not deliver the product on time as stated in the contract or order without a valid reason.
Purchased product is defective
Purchased product but not satisfied: In this case, the customer can exchange for another product within 3 days from the date of receipt. The product you want to exchange must have no signs of being used, and still have the original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Customers can exchange for another product of equal or higher value and deduct the difference

Conditions for exchange and refund:
Time for exchange, return, refund: Within 3 days from the date our company receives your returned goods.
Refund method: Our company will refund customers in the form of cash or bank transfer

Product conditions:
The goods still have all parts, with no signs of use or damage
Have all accompanying documents (purchase invoice, warranty, product stamp…) and accompanying components and gifts (if any)
Customers bear shipping costs for exchanges and returns
In case the above conditions are not met, the right to decide on return belongs to our company
